Original Answer:: If you have a Phantom package or higher, your station information is available on your My Monster Profile page. There you will find: Station status Station name Genre or format Station description You will also find convenient links to: Your station login page Your station public page Your station stream

Queston:: How can I change my station information?
Original Answer:: Visit your My Monster Profile page and use the form beneath your station information to submit the requested changes. We’ll be happy to update your station and will email you once the changes have taken effect.

Queston:: Do you sell my information?
Original Answer:: No. Media Monsters never sells your personal information. We use only the information necessary to operate your account, process payments, provide support, troubleshoot problems, and perform service diagnostics. Limited information may be processed by trusted service providers when required to operate and protect our website and services. Our website uses only necessary, functional, and security-related cookies

Queston:: What is WEBCONF on my PayPal transaction?
Original Answer:: WEBCONF is the billing name used by our company and may appear on your PayPal transaction or payment statement.

Queston:: Why is one of my songs no longer available?
Original Answer:: Occasionally, we may need to temporarily remove or disable access to a song after receiving a copyright-related request. If this happens, we’ll contact you with information about the request and explain what you can do next. If you believe your song was removed by mistake, simply reply to the email we sent you.
